Here's a fancy little program I just found today on the web. It's used to calculate Washington State Drivers License Numbers, a heretofore deep and abiding mystery....
Entering my vital stats, it turns out that if I was living and driving in the Great State of Washington, my license number would be "WHEELJD316N9."
Interestingly, that was also my last boyfriend's pet name for me.
The cool thing is, it's totally accurate. How so? Well, just find a friend with a Washington State Drivers License, enter their info into the online program, and compare!
What? You don't have a Washington State friend? No prob. I've got one. We'll use his details and compare.
My friend Sean's legal name is Sean P. Lockhart, and his birthday is October 31st, 1986. Putting that into the little program, we get LOCKHSP141PU, which corresponds exactly to the details on his license. (Here's a better pic.)
