Cuadra seems to own two different websites/business. One is NorfolkMaleEscorts (which is also linked at through boisrus.com) and another is "Boy Batter.Com." The first site an escort service, while the second is a video/streaming/porn site featuring twink models and films.

The Norfolk Male Escorts / Boisrus site is listed in at least one Yellow Pages under Escort Services. The telephone number for the service, 757-717-0233, links all over the place, showing it to be a cell number, featured in multiple adverts in multiple Virginia cities for his service.

Escort adverts for Cuadra -- at least it sure seems to be him -- are all over the web tas well. Here's an advert from Executive Male Escorts with the same pictures, and information revealed other articles (though in this one, he lists himself as being "bisexual.") He's also featured at Norfolk Male Escorts site, which isn't all that surprising because he apparently owns the firm. (see below.)

One of his competitors in the escort industry have expressed concerns about the regularity and consistency of reviews and reviewers of his services, wondering if it is all on the up and up.

I found two (of many) emails associated with Cuadra, "stareyes2351@yahoo.com" and "harlowrcuadra@excite.com."

The oldest link for Stareyes2351 is to an escort advert for a "Joe Cool," ad registered in May of 2001. Over the years it has been used by several other escorts, the Norfolk Male Escorts site itself, and at the same time Cuadra, himself. There aren't as many permutations for "harlowrcuadra@excite.com" though the Executive Male escort ad it's used in is also the same site this escort used. The personal webpages for both of those ads links back to... Norfolk Male.

Cuadra also goes by the handle "quickysrt," and it's under that handle that, in 2005, he signed onto Xbiz.Com, an information site for adult industry professionals, looking for information about how to create a video site that become BoyBatter.Com.

There are posts about legal requirements for 2257 laws, Photoshop help, image design help, and, from a digital video information site, how to use a DV camera.

As you read the "quickysrt" postings over the years on the Xbiz site, you can see Cuadra's skills in running an adult website grow and expand. Eventually he's able to conduct his business by Sprint Wireless Card and even consider acquiring other websites up for sale.

When he first introduced himself on Xbiz back on March 14th, 2005, he said he was the operator of a gay escort company in Norfolk, VA His userprofile on Xbiz gives a few more details about him, listing his DOB as August 5, 1981, (making him what, 26?) and being in business since 2000.

Also in that first thread he mentioned that he'd be in Philadelphia for the weekend and would be unable to speak with someone about on-line credit card payment services until he returned (3-17-2005 entry.)

A lot of that was already out in the Net and wasn't really anything new. Was he really an escort? Does he mention either his company or his service anyplace else? What does the "quickysrt" screen name mean, anyway?

It turns out that "quickysrt" was a reference to a pretty fast sports car. Cuadra, under the "quickysrt" screen name, appears to have a penchant for fast cars, discussing them, modding them, and even posing next to them for an avatar for a profile.

His profile from Viper Club of America lists him as being a member of the VA/MD chapter. He mentions that he owns several fast cars, and on 7/16/2004, that he'd just paid off his yellow Viper.

I found that the "quickysrt" name goes back even further,to 2003 where, on a different site, he mentions that he was forced to take a lean against his existing house to initially purchase (presumably) that yellow Viper. In that same entry, he also discussed that had just purchased a condo in VA Beach and was looking to aquire a neighbor's home, though he was miffed that as he didn't have a set series of paychecks, he was having to use a lot of cash to make the payments.

On that SRT forum I finally found a lot of, if not new information, then details about what was already known, most all of it written by Cuadra himself. Here he reflects on what he does:

He discloses this information because several people on the thread couldn't beleive that a guy so young had so much money, so many houses and so many cars. As shown, he very openly discussed his escort company, pointing out that he pays taxes and provides a service.

His disclosure prompted several angry and homophobic responses -- and also a defender. "FocusPhag," an employee of his company, offers the following:

The one thing that jumped out at me here is that based on those fees, I'm in the wrong line of work...

News articles also stated that Cuadra had used the names of with the "Mardson Queiroz" and "Mardson McQuay" over the years. Googling Mardson Queiroz you find an extensive list of entries for "Mardson Queiroz McQuay," who at one point in time was a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Bringham Young University's Advanced Combustion Engineering Research Center. According to the BYU web page, Dr. McQuay received his Ph.D from Carnegie Mellon University, 1987. In the late 1990s, Dr. McQuay did extensive research for the Department of Energy, through their Pittsburgh Energy Technology Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

Dr. McQuay also received his JD from BYU in 2001. In 2003 he's listed as a lecturer at the ASME Summer Heat Transfer Conference in Las Vegas. , teaches patent law at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 2003,passes the Virginia Bar in 2004, and is currently now a Patent Attorneyin Northern Virginia.

So overall, what was I able to find out? Well, Harlow Cuadra seems to be -- and this is based purely on what seem to be his own posts to websites for the past six years -- a 26 year-old former Navy soldier discharged after injuring his back in Afghanistan. He has been escorting since at least 2001 (first under the name of Joe Kool, then later Harlow.) At some point, (2000? 2001? later?) he started his own escort company called Norfolk Male Escorts, a rather lucrative business.

In March of 2005, sometime around a trip to Philadelphia, he began actively expanding his business into adult films, setting up, filming, editing and releasing videos staring himself and others. Between 2005 and 2006 he also expressed interest in purchasing other adult video websites for sale.

His income, first from his personal escorting, then his escorting service, and now his adult videos, have earned him enough money to purchase several cars, homes, and condominiums.

On several occasions, he's used the name of a Carnegie Mellon Ph.D (presumably) turned Virginia Patent lawyer as his own.

In 2007, Cuadra's picture was linked with the murder of Bryan Kocis. Cuadra himself, and someone who identified themself as the owner of the Norfolk Male Escorts service, said Cuadra was with a client at the time of the murder. Cuadra also appears in two pictures with Brent Corrigan, taken in January of 2007 at an adult expo in Las Vegas, NV.

And that's where things stand.
