While his politics are atrocious and his defense of Intelligent Design is laughable, Doug (Earthworm Jim)Tenapel's advice on the both the creative process and the realities of surviving financially in Hollywood -- moderate hooker consumption, buy bargain blow, and limit the size your mansion to simply "ostentatious" -- is good stuff to internalize and follow.
Now, if only I was in a position where it mattered...
