Paging George Romero

This doesn't disturb me. Inducing hypothermia, causing death, then bringing an animal back to life isn't exactly common, but it isn't new. I remember reading about surgeries for aneurisms in the blood vessels to the brain, where they'd freeze, kill, treat, then revive the human patient.

I'm not worried either. I think it's great news. However, it is really odd and a little strange to think that one day any of us might actually be frozen and revived some time later -- be it hours or decades.
A brave new world indeed.
