Cardinal Law says: Don't go to gay weddings!
....Embattled Boston Cardinal Bernard F. Law, speaking during the Catholic church's World Youth Day in Canada, strongly defended the church's opposition to gay marriage and argued that Catholics shouldn't go to same-sex commitment ceremonies....
I'm detecting a pattern here: If the the cardinals don't see something (corruption, greed, sexual abuse) it must not exist and they don't have to worry about it.
(No, no. That one is too easy, even for me.)
Not everyone in the crowd was enthusiastic with Law. "Because of his status as cardinal, and because he's leading the Mass, he got the applause," said one Boston-area teen who attended the conversation with her Cardinal. "It's not because we support him -- many of us don't."
There is hope for the Catholic Church yet.
